Fair Use & Cancellation Policy

At OpenClawZero, we provide immediate server allocation and high-performance hosting. Because resources are provisioned instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No questions asked. You can do this directly through your dashboard or by contacting support.

Access After Cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active, and you will retain full access to your AI assistants and hosting resources until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied to your account after cancellation.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds (full or partial) for any reason, including unused time in a billing cycle. This policy applies to all subscription tiers, including Hobby, Startup, and Business plans.

If you believe there has been a technical billing error, please reach out to us at support@openclawzero.com. We review these cases individually to ensure fair treatment.
